Large kitchen/diner, lounge, house bathroom, separate toilet and en suite shower room to master. Waverley House is a Grade II listed property in the heart of old Staithes village offering spacious accommodation and a wealth of original features, including ceiling beams, sash windows and cast iron range. 

 

Ground Floor

​Large open plan kitchen/diner with superb original cast iron range (non- working) and many other original features. The dining area features reclaimed pews from the old Bethel Chapel and seats up to 8 guests. There is additional comfy seating. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.
 

Lower Ground Floor 

Spacious lounge area with original fireplace (non-working) and ceiling beams. Two large sofas, TV and DVD player and portable CD player.

 

First Floor 

On the first floor there are bright and sunny bunk and twin rooms. Both have original beams and sash windows overlooking the High Street. There is a recently refurbished bathroom with full sized bath/overhead shower and a separate toilet.

Second Floor 

Master bedroom with en suite shower room. This is light and airy with a fantastic view of Staithes harbour to the rear. There are original stripped floorboards and ceiling beams. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sea views with an early morning cup of tea! Please note that the internal staircases are steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

 

Outside 

Bench to the front of the cottage from which to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and catch up on the village gossip. Small enclosed yard to the rear.
