The Old Cottage

Sleeps 2. Built in the mid 1800’s this delightful little cottage in the heart of the village is tucked away down one of Staithes alleyway that leads from the High Street to Beckside. Offering cosy accommodation it is literally a few footsteps away from the famous view of the bridge and Roxby Beck with the harbour and beach being just a short stroll. Recently tastefully refurbished with a relaxing holiday in mind it has a nautical theme and warm pine furnishings throughout, it is the perfect bolthole for two.


Ground Floor
Kitchen/Diner: Country style, beamed kitchen/diner complete with all the usual kitchenalia including cooker, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave and slow cooker. It also has a small TV.

First Floor

Lounge: Compact and bijou, the beamed lounge has two comfy armchairs, a TV (Freesat) with integral DVD and CD player and an electric log effect stove for those cosy nights in. There is also a selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs.
Shower Room: Walk in shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.


Second Floor
Bedroom: The bedroom in the eaves has a country/coastal feel with double bed. The Velux windows offer views over the rooftops to Cowbar Nabb.

One well behaved/house trained dog allowed (a small charge will be made).
Sorry no smoking allowed in the cottage.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Electric included. (Electric central heating throughout).

Rates
