The cottage has private parking for one car and a secluded south facing garden and a fantastic view from the dining room through the valley to the sea. The Garth is only approx 100 metres from the harbour, beach, local shops and pubs.

Lounge with flat screen TV and small entertainment library. Kitchen fully fitted with oven, hob and dishwasher. Dinning room with panoramic views down the valley to the sea.

Outside pleasant shared sunny garden with a the utility house with sink, washer and freezer.

The real asset of this cottage is the pretty, shared enclosed sunny garden, a real rarity in this village and a lovely peaceful spot to relax.
